Pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the above regulation, your personal data will continue to be processed, as before, for the purpose of fulfilling the terms of the agreement and ensuring the highest standards in the delivery of internet services. Rest assured, your personal data is fully secured with us in accordance with the new personal data protection standards.
In accordance with the new regulation, you are entitled to:
- The right to access the content of your data.
- The right to rectify your data.
- The right to erasure and restriction of processing.
- The right to data portability.
- The right to object.
- The right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
- The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016.
Please be informed that your data:
- Will NOT be processed in the form of profiling.
- Will NOT be shared with other recipients.
- Will NOT be transferred to a third country.
- Will be permanently deleted only after 12 months from the termination of the agreement (in accordance with Article 165(1) of the Telecommunications Law).
- Please be informed that the controller of your personal data is POLOK Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Gliwice at 3 Sowińskiego Street, hereinafter referred to as the Company.
